Incentive Activity Summary Report [workplaces]

The Incentive Activity Summary Report shows a summary of incentive data for an incentive type and date range of your choice. The data includes the number of workplaces receiving the incentive, the amount being received and the number of items in the incentive received.

To produce the Incentive Activity Summary Report, follow these steps:

1.  Select (Wkp) Reports > Summary - Incentive Activity from the Navigation menu. The Summary Report - Incentive Activity screen is shown. Click here to see an example.

2.  Enter selection criteria, using the following table:

Explanation

Use Advanced Filter

If an advanced filter has been set up, you can tick this box to use the filter. Alternatively you can click on Edit Filter to display the Advanced Filter for Workplaces screen, where you can create or adjust an advanced filter to use in the report production process. See Using the advanced filter for workplaces.

Incentive Type

Either leave as '[All]' to include all targets and incentive types in the report, or select one from the drop-down list.

Between, And

Select the date range between which the incentive type must have occurred to be included in the report.

3.  Click on View Report to create the report. Click here to see an example.

The report provides the following fields for each sub group listed:

Incentive: the name of the incentive.

# Commencing Inct.: the number of incentives starting in the date range.

Funding Received: the amount of funding received within the date range by workplaces in the sub group.

# Items Received: the number of items received within the date range by workplaces in the sub group.

Incentive Activities are grouped by: Overall Edition, Sub Regions, Boroughs, Travel Plan Groups.
